Volkio Coolant / Antifreeze Direct use antifreeze-coolant (no need to dilute) for use in closed circuits in passenger vehicles, heavy goods transport, buses, construction equipment, farming machinery and stationary motors. Product unsuitable for use in domestic heating systems.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

• Antifreeze, with protection up to -37 °C.
• Boiling protection up to +145°C (+293°F) in circuit at 2 atm. pressure, protecting the engine in overheating situations.
• Anticorrosive. Its 100% organic additives effectively protect the metallic components of the cooling system such as
cast iron, aluminum, copper and alloy welds.
• Anti-cavitation, preventing foam and the retention of air, ensuring the good performance of the pump.
• NAP-free corrosion inhibitors: free of nitrites, amines and phosphates, in addition to other components harmful to the
ecosystem such as: boron and molybdate compounds.
• Complete degradation in 20 days, calculation conducted on the main component.

Description

Volkio Coolant is based on hybrid technology using OAT and silicate chemistry and free from nitrite, amine and phosphate inhibitors, making it suitable for the modern performance engines of cars and trucks. As supplied, Volkio provides protection against freezing down to -36°C and prevents corrosion of metals and alloys used in modern engine cooling systems. Volkio Coolant should be left in all year round and replaced regularly, as per the relevant vehicle manufacturer's instruction.

Application	Volkio Coolant / Antifreeze is recommended for all types of passenger cars, heavy-duty diesel, gas engines and stationary engine applications regardless of fuel type being used. It is also suitable for marine cooling systems where freeze protection is needed. Mixed fleets where both light-duty and heavy-duty trucks are present.
HOW TO USE:	ANTICONGELANTE 50% ORGANIC, antifreeze-coolant, is to be used directly. We recommend removing the residue of previous liquids prior to use in order to prevent interference and to ensure the full performance of the product. We recommend complete the levels directly with antifreeze ANTICONGELANTE 50% ORGANIC, never directly with water or any other antifreeze of other nature or concentration.
